TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ALDI'S FROZEN PIZZA. I HATE TO COMPARE FOOD, BUT THIS PIZZA LOOKED LIKE FREDDY CREUGER' S SKIN.... SO DISAPPOINTED. AT LEAST WAS ABLE TO GET A REFUND...
This plays has gone downhill in so many different ways. The food is mediocre and upper management doesn't seem to care about this location or the ridge location. Unless you last name is Marcus, if you get bad service, nobody will do anything about it. FYI; Marcus pays the zaffiros family a royalty for the naming rights. Other than that, no affiliation. They have put shame to the zaffiros name.
Wasnt terrible but wasnt great. Our server Emily was very good but we were not impressed with the food. The pizza unfortunately tasted like a frozen pizza. We were surprised because in a previous visit we got appetizers instead of pizza and they were excellent, so we expected the same of the pizza. It was also kind of annoying that there were about 10 "workers" hanging out around the bar talking and our sever was the only one doing anything. Its the minor things that just dont look good to the guests. Overall, the experience was so-so. Emily was a great server and could do better than here.
Our waiter was very slow in service despite the place being empty when we seated there. The actual meal (pizza) we had was pretty good in taste, but there were other issues. About 30 seconds after the waiter lays the pizza on the table... It tips over and falls on the ground. 3/4 of the pizza was un-edible at that point and we had to salvage the slices that we could get. My friend and I didn't even touch the pizza, rather it was the waiter who laid it uneven on the surface. Instead of potentially getting a new pizza because it was not on us, we just get laughed at by two different staff members. Instead of helping us clean up, it just becomes a joking matter to the staff. They finally realize after 10 minutes or so that they should probably help us tidy up. We awkwardly eat the rest of our meal. After we're eventually finished, it takes a unusual long time for the staff to realize we are done, despite being practically the only people eating at the time. We wait around 15 minutes just to receive a check, in which one of the staff members has the audacity to personally come up and ask me for a generous tip. What a joke!! 30 dollars for about 6 very small pizza slices, 2 cokes, and a forced tip. I feel scammed.
Came here for pizza ordered a hamburger. One of the best hamburgers we have ever enjoyed. It is clear Zaffiros is its own destination eatery.
