My wife and I had two children here, amazing staff who are patient and great teachers especially for new parents. Amazing facility which feels more like a resort than a hospital
The Birthing Center is amazing! The staff is kind, courteous, informative, and well educated. The manager knew me by my name. The staff was willing to work around my schedule and perform nonstress testing before and or after work. I was immediately given a tour and the times for tours were very flexible. I had my son at The Birthing center in 2008 and due to Insurnace issues I couldn't start my 2016 pregnancy off at the Birthing center. As soon as my Insurnace changed I switched to the Birthing Center. I was welcomed with open arms. When I went to aurora during this pregnancy I felt like a number and not a consumer/ patient. My doctor didn't know key information regarding my pregnancy and I was seeing her for 20 weeks. I immediately changed my insurance and switched to Meadowview OB which allowed me to deliver at the Birthing Center again! My delivery room Nurse was amazing, soothing, calming, and assisted me with delivering a healthy baby boy! Even with complications with my sons heart rate the nurse kept me and my family calm! I have been in Healthcare for 20 years and this is the best Birthing center I have seen!
Best birthing hospital ever I had my son there and everyone was awesome they made sure that my family was well taking care of as well as my son and I have the best OB every Dr. Westrich was awesome he made sure everything went smoothly was so blessed to be a patient at this hospital and I most definitely give it five stars!!!!!!!!!
The staff is kind gentle caring and I'm waiting for my third grandchild to be born there.
The Columbia center was great we had two kids there, be careful of shady billing practice. If you go to Columbia hospital and center they bill separate but through the same person and address. I called to setup a payment plan and was paying my bills when all of the sudden some other bill was in collection. Columbia center brought me and my wife to court and now it is on our credit record for the next 30 years. I called the manager and she was the rudest person i have ever dealt with as far as a customer to service provider conversation goes. Essentially Columbia center ruined my credit for thirty years and i was willing to pay if they would have just dealt with me instead of iimmediately going to lawyers.
