This store has everything any other good hardware store should have, and a whole lot more. They have, in stock, every fastener, part, and fitting, no matter how obscure, for every part of any home or business. And if it' by chance is out of stock, they'll special order it for you. Help in the store is plentiful. Employees will walk with you to the right department and help you make selections. And oh yes, free popcorn on the weekends!
I had an important project coming up for my office and I needed some things. I was assisted in a timely manner and the young man who got me what I needed was very helpful and got me thinking of some ideas. I was very pleased until when I was browsing in the front, I noticed one of the cashiers, I believe her name was holly or molly, was on her phone when me as well as others were shopping. As I checked out I would have thought that would be a giveaway to put the phone down, but I noticed she was still on it in front of the customers, just completely oblivious to her surroundings like she did not even care.
The great thing about Mequon Ace Hardware is that you will always be able to find someone who is willing to help you in the store. Such a wonderful facility.
