They delivered the flowers on the wrong date. This obviously lead to confusion and although she appreciated it, the day of importance wasn't as special as it should have been. No issues in the past but I wouldn't be able to recommend them anymore.
I have called them in the past and nothing has been resolved. Very dissappointing.
Dennis helped me out of a jam when I had gotten the details incorrect about the date of a memorial service. When I panicked and called him less than an hour before the service, he was calm and collected, and ultimately delivered beautiful flowers on time. Thanks again for all your help!
I know how to take care of flower arrangements and I managed a flower shop for many years; so there is no reason for it.
For my mother's funeral, Dennis got it more than right. Perfection.
They are always super nice, but unfortunately the quality of their flowers is lacking.
